BAM Trimmer Tool

  • Step 1. Download the BAM Trimmer
  • Step 2. Unzip the file
  • Step 3. Double click on the BamTrimmer.jar
  • Step 4.. Click on the browse button to select alignment BAM file and output folder
  • Step 5 Hit the Run button to start BAM Trimming
  • Step 6. Click OK to continue
  • Step 7. Once processing finished, click on output folder to view trimmed BAM file
